This scholarship is designed for talented students from developing countries who aspire to make a difference in their fields and communities. Applicants must be citizens of one of the following countries:
Belarus (democratic forces), Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cambodia, Ethiopia, Georgia, Guatemala, Jordan, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sri Lanka, Ukraine, or Zambia.
