Danish Government Scholarships Without IELTS for the Class of 2024:

1- University of Southern Denmark (SDU) Scholarships:

The University of Southern Denmark is offering scholarships to international students under its Talent Master Fellowship Program. This scholarship is available for a master’s in Computer Science program. The grantees will be able to involve in a study job in a technology company in Denmark. The job will be of about 12 hours a week within which the students will be able to have the first hand experience of a corporate environment alongside earning their master’s degree.

Admission Application fees of Southern Denmark University: DKK 750 or Euro 100

Students from all nationalities with a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field are welcome to apply. If the candidates do not have a bachelor’s degree in CS they must have studied the following subjects in their bachelor’s program:

    • Programming
    • Data structures
    • Algorithms
    • Computer systems (machine architecture and control systems)
    • Discrete mathematics
    • Databases

Currently, 32,000 students are studying in SDU with 20% of them from outside of Denmark.

2- Roskilde University Scholarships:

The Danish government is offering a limited number of scholarships to students from outside of the EU/EEA. These scholarships will be granted at the graduate/master’s level at Roskilde University. The grant will be in the form of scholarships and tuition fee waivers.

Acceptance Rate of Roskilde University: Low
Admission Application fees of Roskilde University: Euro 165

There are a number of subject areas affiliated with this offer, like master’s in communication studies, cultural encounters, international public administration, politics, global studies, mathematical bioscience, spatial designs and society, and Nordic urban planning studies.

The length of this Danish scholarship is a maximum of 22 months. The awardees will get a tuition fee waiver and a monthly stipend of 7800 DKK to cover their living costs. The applicants should be non-EU/EEA citizens and must apply to one of the listed master’s programs in order to get the grant.

3- Danish Government Scholarships for non-EU/EEA Students:

The Danish government along with the Danish Ministry of Education is encouraging highly qualified and potential students to study in Denmark by offering them generous funding. These scholarships will be awarded to students who belong to countries outside of the European Union and the European Economic Area. A number of Higher Educational Institutions in Denmark are participating in this program and the grant can be for the length of the degree program.

The scholarships in Denmark will be in the form of partial or full tuition fee waivers. Eligible students may also get a monthly stipend to cover their living expenses. The number of grants is limited. For the sessions starting in September, the deadline for application will be around April, and for the sessions starting in February; the application deadline is usually around October. 4- University College of Northern Denmark Scholarship:

University College of Northern Denmark, every year offers scholarships to non-EU/EEA students. The number of scholarships is limited and is open for all those programs of UCN that are taught in English. It offers a tuition fee waiver of 30% to 50% and in some circumstances, a monthly stipend to cover some part of the living expenses of the students. It is not fully funded so the rest of the tuition will be paid by the students.

Admission Application fees of University College of Northern Denmark: Free

This Danish scholarship is renewed each semester so only the most outstanding students will get the scholarship for the complete duration of their degree.

It is awarded to students who are non-EU/EEA citizens and who do not have permanent residency status in Denmark. The applicants should not be studying in Denmark through an exchange program and should not currently be getting any grant that is waiving their tuition fee. In order to be considered for the scholarship, the applicants need to be enrolled in a listed program and have to submit the scores of their English language proficiency test.

5- IT University of Copenhagen Scholarship:

The IT University of Copenhagen is offering scholarships to outstanding MSc applicants. These scholarships are aimed towards non-EU/EEA citizens and are open to all the MSc programs taught at the university. The scholarship is state-funded and every year only 3 or 4 students are awarded the grant. The grant covers the full tuition of the grantees and also offers a stipend that is meant to partly cover their living costs.

University of Copenhagen Application Fees is: DKK 750 or Euro 100
University of Copenhagen Acceptance Rate is: 40 to 50%

The students need to be enrolled in an MSc program to be considered for the grant. There is no need to separately apply for the scholarship. The applicants who manage to acquire the scholarship will be informed in their letter of admission.

6- Aalborg University Scholarships:

Aalborg University scholarships without IELTS are available to BS, MS, and doctoral degree program applicants. But here i’ll be sharing details of Aalborg University doctoral scholarships:

Aalborg University is calling out for applications for its Ph.D. program in Material Sciences for the academic session 2020-21. International applicants are also welcome to apply. The candidates will be allotted a monthly salary but this grant offers partial funding so the candidates will need to use their personal finances as well.

Aalborg University Acceptance Rate is: Moderate

For doctoral degree scholarships at Aalborg University; the applicants must hold a master’s degree in a relevant field and must have sufficient knowledge about chemistry, material sciences, material technology, glass science, ceramic science, and chemical reactions. They should know the use of thermal methods, thermal analysis, crystallographic techniques, microscopy, and spectroscopy.

#7 University of Copenhagen Scholarships:
