Mission of the Role

The Service Administrator at Epiroc Mali Sarl plays a crucial role in enhancing customer relationships and ensuring operational excellence. Your mission is to manage all service interactions with a commitment to excellence, ensuring all customer needs are met promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize administrative tasks using Microsoft Office tools.
• Coordinate service orders from initiation to billing.
• Engage in daily tasks such as managing calls, handling mail, and organizing office supplies.
• Execute purchase orders and manage accurate invoicing.
• Deliver top-notch customer service by preparing detailed quotations and reports.
• Keep meticulous records and manage warranties and service exchanges.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience, preferably in the mining or heavy equipment industry.
• Strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
• Proficiency in both French and English.
• Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
