However, for those students, the Yonsei University has initiated its Waiting List System, which allows students to place their names on the waiting list and allocates them a waiting number, on a first come first serve basis.

After a semester begins at the Yonsei University, the management undergoes a Drop and Add period. During this period, if an enrolled student decides to drop his course, the students on the waiting list will be given a chance to fill up the seat. However, this addition is made on the basis of the waiting number of students on the waiting list.

Note: If a student decides to cancel his waiting and then reapplies to a course, he will be put on the last seat of the waiting list.
