Who is Eligible?
This opportunity is open exclusively to non-French citizens with an outstanding academic record and leadership potential. The program is divided into two categories:
- Master’s Applicants: You must be 27 years old or younger (born after March 1999).
- PhD Applicants: You must be 32 years old or younger (born after March 1993).
You must apply through a French higher education institution—individual students cannot apply directly. Your intended field of study must fall within one of the program’s priority disciplines:
- Engineering and Sciences

Application Timeline

The final deadline for universities to submit applications to Campus France will be in early January 2026 (exact date to be confirmed). Scholarship results will be officially announced in mid-April 2026.
