How to Apply

- Visit the List of Universities participating in the Scholarship Program.
- Review the List of Educational Programs offered by these universities.
- Prepare Your Documents:
- Fill out the application form in Kazakh, Russian, or English.
- Attach scanned copies of your identity document and educational certificates with transcripts. Ensure all documents include a notarized translation in one of the three languages mentioned above.
- Write a motivational essay and obtain letters of recommendation from either your educational institution or employer.
- Include a medical certificate with necessary health screenings and a certificate confirming the absence of HIV/AIDS.
- Language Proficiency: Depending on the program, you may need to provide proof of language proficiency through various accepted tests such as IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent exams in German, French, or Chinese. However, this requirement may be waived if your previous education was conducted in the language of instruction.
- PhD Applicants: In addition to the above, you will need to submit a substantiation of your dissertation research topic.
