1. Punjab Government Servants Benevolent Fund Scholarship 2023

This scholarship is designed for the students of late, retired, or in-service employees. This scholarship has been just designed for o students who have passed their matriculation or either the higher examination with a score of at least 60% marks. With this scholarship, students will progress towards a better post-matric stage of their future education.

Eligibility: This scholarship will be given to at least 2 students who have recently passed their matriculation or either above exams with a score of at least 60% and they should be studying in the next class.

2. Dalda Foundation Scholarship 2023

This Dalda Foundation Scholarship program has been designed to give away scholarships/Financial Assistance for the needy, poor, and shortlisted deserving students. This scholarship program’s main aim is to cater to all the needy students to pursue higher education which they have stopped due to financial constraints.

Eligibility:

Only those students can apply for this scholarship who are studying under the Board of intermediate and secondary education in Karachi and taking for admission in the first year. Students who are enrolled in a private college can apply for this scholarship through the proper channel. Only those candidates can apply who are permanent residents in Pakistan. The age limit has to be 17 years old.

3. PEEF Special Quota Scholarship for the Inter and Graduation 2023

Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF) has just newly announced the latest scholarship program in 2023 for Intermediate and Graduation level studies. This scholarship program is open to students who belong to the category of orphans, children of a minority religion, civilian martyred children, and children of government servants.

Deadline: March 10, 2023

Eligibility: All those students who have already passed their examination under the PBTE/TEVTA are not at all eligible for this scholarship.

1. Pre-Matric Scholarship Scheme for Minorities

This pre-matric scholarship belongs to the central sector which is introduced on annual basis under the supervision of the Ministry of Minority. It is specially designed for the students who belong to the sector of the minority community. This pre-matric scholarship aims to offer financial assistance to the students who belong to Muslims, Sikhs, Buddhists, or Christians and Zoroastrians categories.

Eligibility: Class 1 to 10
Award: Admission fee, with maintenance allowance, and tuition fee

2. Pre-Matric Scholarship for Students with Disabilities

This is a Pre Matric Scholarship which is inducted each year for providing the best quality of educational services to disabled students. 40% of disabled students can apply for this scholarship. It is stated by State approved medical documents and certificates.

Eligibility: Class 9 and 10
Award: Books, stipend, and additional allowances

3. Uttarakhand Pre-matric Scholarships for ST/SC/OBC Students

This scholarship is just applicable to the students who have Uttarakhand domicile as well as belong to OBC/ST/SC category. It has been introduced under the collaboration of the department for social welfare, Uttarakhand Government; which has introduced this pre-matric scholarship. The entire category of the scholarship award will vary based on the current class category.

Eligibility: Class 1 and 10
Award: Scholarship till INR 3500 per annum

4. West Bengal Pre Matric Scholarship for ST/SC Students

This scholarship is centrally sponsored and has been introduced by the Backward Classes Welfare Department, Government of West Bengal. It is designed for the students who are part of the SC/ST category and has a domicile in West Bengal. It even grants financial aid for the extra-curricular needs of the students.

Eligibility: Class 9 and 10
Award: Scholarship till INR 750 per month with an ad-hoc grant of almost INR 1000 per annum
Applications: This scholarship is opened between May and November through the association West Bengal Government Scholarship Portal (OASIS)

5. Telangana Pre Matric Scholarships for BC/ST/SC/Disabled Welfare

For minimizing the dropout rate of the SC/ST/BC/Disabled students from the schools, the government of Telangana has initiated the plan of pre-matric scholarships for all the students who are domiciled in Telangana. With this scholarship, students will be able to progress towards a better post-matric stage of their future education.

6. Maharashtra Pre-matric Scholarships for disabled students

This scholarship program has been initiated by the Department of Social Justice and Special Assistance, Government of Maharashtra. The main purpose of this scholarship is to encourage students with any disability. This includes students who are blind, have low vision, have a hearing impairment, or are mentally retarded. The scholarship targets students from the resident of Maharashtra state.

Eligibility: Class 1 to 10
Award: Scholarship till INR 300 per month

Applications: Opens every year in December through some respective schools

7. Pre Matric Scholarship (Unclean Occupation), Maharashtra

This has been another best scholarship program that has been introduced by the Government of Maharashtra. It applies to the students whose parents are in certain unclean occupations such as sweeping, tanning, or flaying. Hence, it aims to help the students with their pre-matric education.

Eligibility: Maharashtra domiciled students of class 1 till 10
Award: Scholarship till INR 700 per month
Applications: Currently opened through the Maharashtra DBT scholarship portal

8. Pre Matric Scholarship for Scheduled Tribe Students Studying in Class 9 and 10, Nagaland

All those students who are residents of Nagaland and belong to the SV category are free to avail this opportunity to benefit more. This program is aimed to support economically weak students. It is just meant for the students of pre-matric classes of 9th and 10th.
