Noel Endowed Scholarship, you must be a current or past senior at Wood River Rural High School in Wood River, Nebraska, OR a student registered in a nursing program at Central Community College in Grand Island or Concordia University in Seward.

The Lombard Area Branch of AAUW is offering a scholarship to assist women with an undergraduate or graduate degree or a certification. To apply, students must live in Lombard, Villa Park, Oakbrook Terrace, Wheaton, Addison, Glendale Heights, or Glen Ellyn and be returning to college after a lengthy break.

#3 Army Nurse Corps Association (ANCA) Nursing Education Fund

Applicants for the ANCA Education Fund must be actively enrolled in an authorized baccalaureate or advanced degree program in nursing, nurse anesthesia, or a related healthcare profession, and must be serving or have previously served in any branch and at any level of the US Army (Active Army, Army National Guard, or Army Reserve) and are not currently receiving money from a component of the US Army (e.g., scholarship ROTC students and students receiving full GI Bill benefits are not eligible).

#4 Church of the Brethren Nursing Scholarships

Each year, the Church of the Brethren awards a small number of scholarships to students enrolled in nursing programs. Members of the Church of the Brethren who are enrolled in an LPN, RN, or nursing graduate school are eligible for the scholarships. Only one scholarship per degree is available to scholarship winners. Applicants must demonstrate that they are enrolled in a nursing program.

#5 Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing Scholarships

The institution offers a variety of merit-based financing options for MSN and DNP programs, spanning from US$7,500 to full tuition. There are no more applications that are required. Every year, 10 students from throughout the nation are granted the Elizabeth Garde National Scholarship. Every year it is a different scholarship and a different amount of money. Underprivileged, low-income, and first-generation college students are eligible for the Fontana Transport Inc. Scholars Program. Students must be enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree program in transportation, math, science, engineering, architecture, environmental design, PreMed, psychology, or Spanish language and literature.

#13 Indian Health Service Scholarships

The grants are designed to encourage individuals with a passion for health jobs to pursue undergraduate or graduate studies in the field. Students enrolling in authorized schools of medicine, osteopathic medicine, dentistry, optometry, podiatry, pharmacy, nursing, public health, social work, behavioral sciences, physician assistant, and mental health professions are eligible to apply for scholarships from the IHS.

The Irene and Daisy MacGregor Memorial Scholarship is given to two students of exceptional academic achievement and character who have been accepted into or are pursuing an approved course of study at an approved, accredited medical school to become a medical doctor (no pre-med, veterinarian, or physician assistant). This grant is also open to students who have been accepted into or are already enrolled in a graduate program in psychiatric nursing at reputable medical institutions, colleges, or universities.

#15 Josh Gottheil Memorial Bone Marrow Transplant Career Development Awards

Applicants for the Josh Gottheil Memorial Bone Marrow Transplant Career Development Awards must be working as a registered nurse in bone marrow transplantation with a minimum of 75 percent time committed to patient care, or as a nurse manager, nurse practitioner, or clinical nurse specialist with BMT patients, or as a BMT coordinator.

Kentucky residents who will be attending accredited prelicensure nursing programs (registered nurse or practical nurse) or graduate nursing schools may apply for scholarships via the Nursing Incentive Scholarship Fund (NISF). Prelicensure (LPN and RN) and BSN completion nursing students must complete a minimum of 15 credit hours of stated nursing program requirements each academic year.

#17 Madeline Pickett Cogswell Nursing Scholarships

The Madeline Pickett (Halbert) Cogswell Nursing Scholarship, worth $2,500, is given to two students who have been accepted or are currently enrolled in an accredited nursing school. Applicants must be members, descendants of members, or eligible for membership in the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution. If the mother is a current, dues-paying member, the DAR member number must be supplied on the application. Each year’s scholarship recipients will be chosen based on their potential for future success in the sciences, personal character, and demonstrated leadership qualities. Scholarships are available via the National Health Service Corps Scholarship Program (NHSC SP) for students seeking primary care health professions training. In exchange, researchers agree to give primary care health services in areas where health professionals are in short supply (HPSAs).
