Students from Chevening eligible countries can apply for the scholarship if they have fulfilled all the criteria for their Bachelor’s Degree and have at least two years of work experience. #2 The Gordon Memorial College Trust Fund Scholarships
The Gordon Memorial College Trust Fund was established to promote educational development in Sudan and South Sudan. The scholarships provided by this fund are meant for students who wish to pursue postgraduate studies in the UK and intend to return to Sudan after completion of their degree. The scholarships/grants cover course fees as well as accommodation and food expenses and academic expenses in some cases. They are provided for only one year at a time. #3 ICCR Scholarships for Sudanese
Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) of the Government of India provides 27 scholarships for Sudanese students. These are provided every year for undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs in Indian Universities and Institutions. #4 Windle Trust International Scholarship
Windle Trust provides scholarships for postgraduate degrees in partnership with universities in the UK. These scholarships are provided to young people who can apply their professional skills in African Communities suffering from the effects of war. #5 David Oyedepo Foundation Scholarships for African Students
The foundation provides scholarships for people who have demonstrated leadership abilities by working in communities. Residents of African countries are provided with a full scholarship to study at Covenant and Landmark University, Nigeria. There are a variety of undergraduate, graduate, and secondary programs covered under this scholarship scheme. The scholarship is awarded for a maximum of 5 years but can vary depending on the stipulated time for course completion. Basically, the scholarships aim to support students from leading Sudanese universities to pursue postgraduate education in the UK particularly in engineering. This is awarded every year to students from the South Sudan region wishing to study at Acadia University, Canada.
