Acceptance Letter Template for CSC Scholarship Application Download (Editable Format File of Acceptance Letter for Scholarship)

An acceptance letter is also known as an invitation letter; issued by a professor to accept a student under their research or study group for a degree program. Professor writes his remarks on the acceptance letter that conveys the professor’s recommendation to the admission office to recruit or give admission to the student selected by the professor.

So that means if you have an acceptance letter issued by the professor at the university where you are going to apply for scholarship and admission then you got better chances of selection already.

But it is not always easy to request professors for acceptance because who knows which professor has a vacancy available in their study group. So, to find it out, we recommend applicants to start emailing professors to ask if they have open vacancies in their research groups for MS or Ph.D. students. The right time to send emails to professors in order to request an acceptance letter is from six months prior to the admissions deadline. It is because you need to supply a hard copy and a soft copy of an acceptance letter for admission and scholarship with your admission package to the admission department of the university for consideration.

We created the following acceptance letter template for the applicants that can be edited as per your needs and get it signed by the professors who are willing to accept you in their study groups.
