SPRING SEMESTER 2023 SCHOLARSHIPS (GLOBALLY):

Online applications for the Spring Semester scholarships are currently open for the coming session of 2023-2024. Such partially and fully-funded scholarships are the collaboration of honorable governments, non-profitable foundations, and respectable universities.

Eligible and interested students of all nationalities are welcome to apply for these programs and get their short courses, BS, MS, or Ph.D. degrees partly or fully financed. On the other hand, IELTS scores are not mandatory for each scholarship. Yet, Individuals can opt for English language certificates and other alternative test scores, like TOEFL, PTE, Cambridge English, etc., to satisfy the requirements.

Details of All 2023 Scholarships

1# SINGA Awards:

SINGA scholarship programs are the fully-funded programs offered by the A*STAR, National University of Singapore, Singapore University of Design & Technology, and Singapore Management University. Through this scholarship, international Ph.D. students can conduct their research activities at A*STAR or NUS/SMU in Singapore.

However, winners of SINGA awards will enjoy tuition fees, free food, monthly stipends, and other luxuries under this scheme. On the other hand, IELTS scores are not mandatory for SINGA scholarships. But, interested individuals might have to meet the language requirements of their chosen university for research programs.

Deadline for SINGA scholarships Application: December 1, 2023

2# CSC China Scholarships:

The fully-funded CSC Scholarships are an initiative by the Chinese Scholarship Council for international undergrad, grad, and postgrad students. Eligible candidates pursuing higher education at the Chinese universities affiliated with CSC can apply for these scholarships. Meanwhile, selected scholars will get a chance to study in China for free as these scholarships grant monthly subsidies of CNY RMB 2000- 3500, free lodging services, and tuition-fee waivers. In the meantime, IELTS scores are not mandatory for CSC scholarships as TOEFL scores are sufficient.

3# Turkiye Government Scholarships:

Like the rest of the countries, the Turkish government has also announced fully-sponsored scholarships financed by the Turkiye Burslari Scholarships Schemes. These governmental scholarships of Turkey offer multiple valuable benefits, including health insurance, housing facilities, travel costs, etc., to the winners.

However, eligible applicants applying for these awards must belong to the Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral degree programs. Moreover, IELTS scores are not necessary for the Turkish Government Scholarship schemes. But applicants can opt for the TOEFL or DELF scores if asked by the chosen university.

4# MEXT JAPAN Scholarships:

The Japanese government is all set to welcome domestic and international students in Japan by offering MEXT Japan Scholarships without IELTS. These are fully-funded schemes open for overseas young researchers, undergrads, postgrads, and teachers training students. The application process for MEXT Japan Scholarships requires DET/ TOEFL/ PTE/ CAE/ CPE scores. However, Scholarship coverage for MEXT Japan includes scholarship rewards, ¥143,000 as monthly stipends, health facilities, travel expenses, and much more.

5# KAIST KOREA Scholarships:

The Korea Advance Institute of Science and Technology offers dozens of fully-funded exciting KAIST scholarships to international undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students. Interested ones can apply for these awards without IELTS scores, but, English language certificates are mandatory. Meanwhile, winners will be entitled to receive applauding benefits, like health premiums, full-tuition fee exemption, one-year free Korean Language training, etc.

Submit the applications for KAIST scholarships before September 15, 2023.

6# GKS & KGSP Scholarships:

Global Korea Scholarships are a fully-funded program by the Korean Government in partnership with various Korean universities. GKS scholarship schemes are open for associate, undergraduate, and graduate studies. However, International students enrolled in the Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degrees at Korean institutes are eligible and can apply for GKS scholarships without IELTS scores. At the same time, scholarship winners will get their hands on airfare, resettlement, living and housing allowances, research printing costs, tuition fee coverage, and 1-year free Korean language training.

7# UST KOREA Scholarships:

UST Korean Scholarships are another fullysponsored program by the reputable University of Science & Technology in Korea. Students doing Master’s and Master’s leading to Ph.D. degree programs can apply for UST scholarships without submitting IELTS scores and application fees. International Undergraduate Artists & talented Master’s & Ph.D. Research scholars are qualified to apply for the fully-funded Swiss Government Excellence scholarships. It is a combined program by the Swiss universities and the government to aid financially challenged overseas students. Meanwhile, considering the eligibility criteria, IELTS scores are not obligatory for Swiss scholarships.
